Privacy Policy

When you register, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and role. This data is used solely to manage your account and personalise your experience.

We automatically log interactions with our platform — pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser metadata — to improve performance and usability.

Any data you upload or create within DigitalAbbot (sensor configurations, planning inputs, reports) is stored securely and processed only as required to deliver the service.

Your data is used to operate and improve the DigitalAbbot platform, including AI-powered planning tools, visualisation engines, and IoT analytics.

We may contact you with product updates, security alerts, or support responses. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for internal research and product development. We never sell personally identifiable information.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

DigitalAbbot operates on sovereign AI infrastructure. Your data never transits through uncontrolled third-party AI pipelines. See our Data Sovereignty page for full details.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with GDPR Article 33.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

We work with a limited number of vetted sub-processors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) who are contractually bound to handle data in accordance with GDPR.

We may disclose data if required by law or a valid court order, and we will notify you where legally permissible.

You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@digitalabbot.io.

You have the right to correct inaccurate data or request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You may opt out via your browser settings or our cookie banner.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or share browsing data with social media platforms.
